Replace

Changes (size/color/style, etc.) can be applied for within 7 days of receipt of the item. In any of the following situations, it can be replaced for you free of charge.

a) The product you received does not match your order information, such as size/style/color, etc.;

b) The goods you received are damaged;

If the item you received matches the order information, you will need to pay a small shipping fee to replace the item.
